Deep Guideはデジタル商品であるため、アクセス提供後のお客様都合による返品・返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。

ただし、二重決済、決済完了後に購入したコンテンツを閲覧できない場合、その他システム上の問題により商品が提供されなかった場合は、状況を確認のうえ対応します。

法令上、返金またはキャンセル等が必要となる場合は、当該法令に従います。
